Howl-o-Ween Photos, Part Two

Had this pirate pair not left the store early, they surely would have won a prize.

Sacajawea's costume was beautifully made and understated; since she was a (Parson) Jack Russell Terrier, her mom called her Jacajawea.

This cowboy pug was a strong contender.

This English Bulldog is wearing the colors of local favorite LSU.

The Star Wars Family was too cute for words.
There's nothing sweeter than a Tootsie Roll!

The yellow green costume of the synchronized swimmer was exquisitely detailed. Notice the white swim towel hanging around her neck. The dog even wore a Breathe-Right nasal strip as her nose plug, but not when this photo was taken.

This pup was dressed as a panda.

The Lab dressed as a WWI flying ace took Third Place. His jacket was made of real leather and fur, and he wore genuine (if not vintage) goggles. His scarf was starched to stick out as if windblown.

The Chihuahua in the All-American dress won Second Place.

Dr. Maltese's costume came from Build-a-Bear Workshop, to which the Pet Parent had sewn toy medical equipment. Dr. Maltese was the First Prize Winner.
